One of the best things about Bentos, is that we can literally make anything we want. One day we have beef bourguignon with creamy mashed potatoes, and the next day we're making stir fried tofu and vegan "chicken" nuggets. Want soups? We can do that. want a build-your-own taco bar? We can do that.
We try to be as creative as possible in the kitchen every day, to keep things new and exciting. Something we tried out recently, was brunch. The menu was super delicious:
Everything tasted and smelled amazing. Plus, you can never go wrong with fresh squeezed oj in our book. Perhaps the only thing missing was a little champaign ;)
